Members shall maintain and enforce policies and procedures which are in accordance with the statutes and regulations within the jurisdiction where licensed CIPA Standards March 2016.doc regarding the retention and storage of patient records, reasonable verification of the identity of the patient, the prescriber, and where appropriate, the caregiver.
