Tell your healthcare professional that you are using cyclophosphamide before having any immunizations/vaccinations. Avoid contact with people who have recently received live vaccines (such as a flu vaccine inhaled through the nose).

Women should ask about reliable forms of birth control while using this medication and for 1 year after stopping treatment. Men with female partners of childbearing age should ask about reliable forms of birth control while using this medication and for 4 months after stopping treatment. If you or your partner become pregnant, talk to your doctor right away about the risks and benefits of this medication.

This drug passes into breast milk and may harm a nursing infant. Breastfeeding is not recommended while using this drug and for 1 week after stopping treatment. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
