Indications
Gas-X Extra Strength is an over-the-counter medication that is used to relieve gas and bloating.
Gas-X Extra Strength comes in soft gel and chewable tablet form and contains the active ingredient simethicone, which breaks up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, allowing the body to get rid of gas more easily.
Use and Dosage
Follow all directions on the product package. If your doctor has prescribed this medication, take it as directed. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Take this product by mouth, usually as needed after meals and at bedtime. The dosage is based on your age, medical condition, and response to treatment. Do not increase your dose or take this product more often than directed. Do not take more of this product than recommended for your age.
