Indications

Gelsyn-3 is a treatment for knee pain caused by osteoarthritis (OA).

Gelsyn-3 is used when other arthritis medications have not been effective in relieving knee pain.

Gelsyn-3 is one of several hyaluronic acid derivatives used for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, along with other products like SUPARTZ FX and DUROLANE.

Use and Dosage

Gelsyn-3 is injected directly into your knee joint. A healthcare provider will give you this injection.

To prevent pain and swelling, your doctor may recommend resting your knee or applying ice for a short time after your injection.

Read all patient information, medication guides, and instruction sheets provided to you. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions.
