Lysovir should be stored in a tightly closed container, in an area that is at room temperature, protected from heat, light and moisture, as well as out of the reach of children and pets.
Before taking Lysovir, notify your doctor if any of the following apply to you: you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding; you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement; you have allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances; you have a history of heart problems (eg, congestive heart failure), swelling of your hands or feet, mental or mood problems, suicidal thoughts or actions, seizures, glaucoma, low blood pressure, dizziness when you stand or sit up, an eczema-like rash, or kidney or liver problems; or if you have received an intranasal flu vaccine within the last 14 days.
Drinking alcohol while taking this medication is not recommended, as it may increase the severity of certain side effects. If you are required to be alert and awake while performing any tasks, use this medication with caution.
