Indications

Hydroquinone gel is a topical medication used to lighten areas of the skin that have darkened due to hyperpigmentation.

Hydroquinone gel is commonly used to treat conditions such as melasma, chloasma, freckles, senile lentigines, and areas of melanin hyperpigmentation.

Hydroquinone works by inhibiting the activity of the enzyme tyrosinase, which is involved in the production of melanin. By reducing the production of melanin, hydroquinone helps to lighten the darkened areas of the skin.

Use and Dosage

Follow all directions on the product package, or use as directed by your doctor.
